Each earring is adorned with a finely cut and chased rectangular plaque featuring two playful boys to the flattened hoop narrowing to a wire pin for threading through the earlobe, suspending a second rectangular plaque decorated with a basket with fruits. The interior of the hook is stamped with a maker's mark, x chang pure gold.
