A Pair of Chinese Gold 'Peach' Earrings, Erhuan, Song Dynasty

宋 桃形金耳環一對
Song Dynasty (960-1279)
Each earring is made from a beaten gold sheet joined in the middle, in the shape of a large peach borne on a coiling leafy stem forming the pin for threading through the earlobe.
