The Buddha is seated in vajrasana on a lotus base, his left hand holds an elongated scroll or spindle, and the right hand resting on the knee, a subtle urna between his brows, and intricate flora motifs to the borders of his robe, the face with a soft serene expression, all below tight curls and a cranial protuberance (ushnisha) rising from the top of the head, indicating his vast wisdom.
