New York: Blue Ribbon Books, Inc., (ca. early 1930s). Reprint. 8vo. 405 pp. From the library of Samuel Yellin and with an inscription from Dayton E. Froelich, "To Mr. Samuel Yellin, the 'devil'/at the forge, with my best wishes/for his health and prosperity in/the coming year." Publisher's blue cloth, stamped in black, spine and rear board unevenly faded; dust-jacket wanting. Starting in 1927, Dayton E. Froelich (1909-2002) worked closely with and for Samuel Yellin (1884-1940), and remained with the firm until his own retirement in 1975.
