Containing two partially drilled natural pearls measuring 11.20 mm and 9.48 mm, ruby eyes and numerous old mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 3.50 carats total. Mounted in silver-topped 18 karat rose gold. 3 x 2 1/4 inches.
