** Swedish Mauser M/1896 by Carl Gustafs

World War I

6.5x55mm Swedish. 29.5" barrel length. SN: HK358653. Blued military finish. Walnut stock has a plain straight grip and forearm with half handguard, hand grooves, and a single barrel band. Bolt action rifle with adjustable tangent notch rear sight and blade front sight. Item features an internal box magazine, double sling swivels, and a slotted head cleaning rod. Receiver is dated 1915.

Condition Report

Good to very good. Bore is bright. Finish has mottled appearance overall due to losses, scratching, and pitting. Wood stock also shows scattered scratching and mars.
